Used Schold Powder Ink Production Lines, previously producing red & yellow pigments for the printing industry. Each line is capable of producing 3.5ton batches of product every 3.5 hrs. Each production line consists of: 1 x 94ltr Schold vertical jacketed 12 shot mill, 1 x Frantz electron magnetic separator, 1 x 3kw Blackmer pump, 1 x 3,500 Litre Schold c/steel jacketed mixing tank with a 90kw 3blade gate type agitator.
