Used Niro Spray Dryer, built by Niro, 2007, Type VSD 12.5 R/N, Drying capacity 20-100kg/hr water evaporation, Max feed input 120kg/hr, Drying air rate at 200degC inlet temp: 1250kg/hr, Rotary Atomizer with standard wheel, Drying Chamber 2500mm x 2000mm / cone 60degC, inside sheeting of 316 Stainless Steel, cladding of 304 Stainless Steel. Previously used on Bio Polymer.
Vacuum Tray Dryer
Used Vacuum Tray Dryer, manu by Langfields Ltd, 1999, 316 Stainless Steel construction, 10 heated platens, 30 trays per chamber, trays approx 1000mm x 500mm x 50mm deep, design temp 150degC, full vacuum, volume 3.65m3. Comes complete with power pack, control panel, vacuum system and heater system. Previously used on pharmaceuticals. Drawings available upon request.
