Forced Circulation Evaporators

Forced circulation Evaporators are suited for processing products with suspended solids and with high viscosity and for products susceptable to scaling, fouling and crystalizing. In a forced circulation evaporator liquid is pumped through the heating element at a constant rate regardless of the evaporation rate. The system is designed so that the liquid recirculates through the heating element under pressure, no boiling takes place until the product reaches the separating chamber where vapour flashing occurs. Manufacturers include Anhydro, Niro and APV.
