Vacuum Dryers: Pharmaceutical
Used Vacuum dryers tend to be batch dryers that come in many different sizes and shapes. This category includes, double cone vacuum dryers, nauta dryers, rotary vacuum dryers, vacuum pan dryers and more. They all are filled with some type of wet product, and move the product around the dryer under vacuum until dry. The product is either tumbled, agitated with a ribbon or paddle agitator, moved around a pan.

Unused 165 Litre 316L Stainless Steel V Blender, built by Apex, complete with breaker bar, vacuum system and support frame. Dimensions 500mm dia, 800mm on straight, 300mm cone. Complete with new 2.2kw motor & gearbox with output speed 22.2rpm
Vacuum Tray Dryer
Used Vacuum Tray Dryer, manu by Langfields Ltd, 1999, 316 Stainless Steel construction, 10 heated platens, 30 trays per chamber, trays approx 1000mm x 500mm x 50mm deep, design temp 150degC, full vacuum, volume 3.65m3. Comes complete with power pack, control panel, vacuum system and heater system. Previously used on pharmaceuticals. Drawings available upon request.
