1 off Drying, Milling, Mixing, & Micronising (Jet Mill) Plant for pharmaceutical products. Plant consists of a Matcon system, Rospen System, automatic tray handling system, oven system, mill/mix system, microniser feed discharge system, microniser system and C.IP system. | More Details
Product is charged through a matcon discharge station on the top floor and is released on demand and delivered to the next floor, where via hopper, screw feed and conveyor system it is fed into trays. A handling system then delivers the trays into an oven where the product is dried. Once the product is dried it is delivered down to the next floor where it is broken up and the whole batch mixed in a conical screw mixer to homogenise it. It is then discharged to the bottom floor into a Matcon bin. This is taken back up to the top floor for the second phase. From another discharge station the product is delivered to a micronising system on the floor below, which fines the product. The product is captured from the air stream it is suspended in using a bag filtration system, which then drops the finally processed product via a rotary valve into a keg | | |
