Description
The atomization is done via rotary atomizer. The drying gas is introduced through the gas disperser and the atomized feed is mixed with hot air. The exhaust gas enters the cyclone where the particles are separated from the air. The product enters the Vibro Fluidizer where the second stage drying and cooling takes place. The exhaust air from the Vibro Fluidizer enters the bag filter where the particles are separated from the air. All the exhaust gas is cleaned in a wet scrubber before entering an incinerator. |
