Used Surmet 500 Litre Jacketed Stainless Pan, manufactured by Surrey Sheet Metal Crafts Ltd (Surmet), 1986. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, flat open top, hemispherical dish base. Support on 4 stainless steel legs. Dimensions 1030mm diameter, 700mm deep dish, 1200mm overall height. The vessel is jacketed, insulated and clad in stainless steel. Jacket working pressure is 2.80 bar, design pressure 3.10bar. The vessel has a 2 inch bottom outlet. Previously used on cosmetic products.
