Used 1,117 Litre Jacketed Mixing Vessel, manufactured by Longclose, 1998. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Support on 3 side supports. Dimensions 1000mm internal diameter, 1190mm overall diameter, 1300mm on the straight. Design code GMP, design pressure static, jacket design pressure 3.3bar, design temperature 50degC. Vessel is fitted with a top mounted twin flighted 3 blade turbine agitator, powered by a 3kw electric motor. Previous used in the production of antiperspirant deodorants.
