Description
Used 70,524 Litre Stainless Steel Reactor, manufactured by Ardeth Engineering, 2007. Material of construction 304L Stainless Steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported on side supports. Dimensions 4000mm internal diameter, 4280mm on the straight, overall height approx 8000mm. Reactor is jacketed with limpet coil and has an internal coil. Design code PD5500:2006 Cat, design pressure 8 bar/FV on shell, limpet coil and internal coil, operating pressure 6 bar/FV, design temp 350degC. Reactor is fitted with a top mounted Chemineer triple flight turbine agitator which is powered by a 110kw hydraulic drive.
