Description

Used 11,900 Litre Stainless Steel Reactor, manufactured by Ardeth Engineering Ltd, 1997. Material of construction 304 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported with side supports. Dimensions 2500mm internal diameter, 2002mm tan to tan, 680mm dished ends, overall height approx 5000mm. Reactor is jacketed with a limpet coil and has an internal coil and baffles. Design code BS5500:1994: Cat 2, design pressure shell 9.9/-1 bar, design pressure coils 8/-1 bar, design temperature 250degC. Reactor is fitted with a top mounted Chemineer twin flight 3 blade turbine agitator.
