Description
Used Ball Mill built by Steele & Cowlishaw. Material of construction: carbon steel with internal ceramic lining. Capacity 2270kgs batch. Dimensions: 1800mm diameter x 1800mm on the straight. The cylinder is mounted on (2) ‘A’ Frames and is complete with a bull gear driven 25hp 3/50/400v, 730rpm flameproof motor. Openings: (1) 355mm x 230mm inspection hatch and (1) x 200mm discharge with plug and valve. Previously used on pigments.
