Description
Used 5,000 Litre Jacketed Mixing Vessel, manufactured by Vesseltec UK Ltd. Material of construction 304 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished base, flat top. Vessel is supported on 4 steel legs. Dimensions 1550mm internal diameter, 3000mm on the straight, overall diameter 1700mm, overall height 4000mm. Vessel has a mild steel heating jacket which is insulated and clad. Design code PD5500 cat SEP, vessel design pressure atmospheric, jacket design pressure 1bar/FV, design temperature 125degC. Vessel has a hinged lid and is fitted with a top mounted off centre turbine agitator which is powered by a 1.5kw FLP electric motor. Previously used on personal care products.
