Used Giusti 250 Litre Jacketed Pan, manufactured by Giusti, 1995. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished base, flat open top with hinged lid. Supported on 4 stainless steel legs. Dimensions 660mm diameter, 850mm tan to tan, 1000mm vessel length, 2400mm overall height. The vessel is jacketed, insulated and clad in stainless steel. Jacket has a working pressure of 3.3 bar and working temp of 120 degC. 2 inch bottom outlet.
