Description
Used Silverson L5M-A High Shear Laboratory Mixer, manufactured by Silverson Machines Ltd, 2022. Model L5M-A. Serial no. 41226. Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel. The mixer has a touch pad control with a digital tachometer, programmable integral timer and amperage display, all accessed by the Mode button. The Silverson L5M-A model can be connected to a computer via USB port for the use with a Silverson ‘DataLogger’ program, allowing monitoring and recording of speed power and draw during operation. The L5M-A mixer is fitted with a more powerful 750W (1HP) electric motor, 220/240 volts, single phaze, 50 cycles. The mixer comes with a general purpose disintegrating head, square hole high shear screen and emulsor screen. The Silverson L5M-A high shear laboratory mixer is suitable for a wide range of applications – mixing, emulsifying, homogenising, disintegrating and dissolving. It can mix a capacity from 1 ml up to 12 litres. Overall dimensions 950mm height, 300mm width, 500mm depth. Previously used for cosmetics. The mixer is good working condition.
