Used Silverson High Shear Batch Mixer Model EX, manufactured by Silverson Machines Ltd, Model EX, machine no. 5M6215. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. The Silverson ex batch mixer is fitted with a general purpose disintegrating head and downthrust propeller. It is powered by a 3kw Marlin Stainless type TEFC electric motor, IP66, 50hz, 3ph, 50cycles, 2900rpm. The mixer is fitted to a stainless steel mobile hydraulic floor stand model e. Previously used in the food and beverage industry.
