Description

Used 4,000 Litre High Shear Mixing Tank. Material of construction stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top, coned base and supported on 4 legs. Dimensions 1830mm diameter, 1340mm on the straight, 250mm top dish, 300mm bottom cone, overall height 4400mm. Connections 2 x 25mm RJT inlet, 1 x 40mm RJT inlet, 1 x 460mm top man way, 1 x 50mm centre bottom outlet. The mixing tank is fitted with a top mounted mixer driven by a 5.5 kw Brook Crompton electric motor. It contains 3 stainless steel internal baffles and a spray ball cleaning head. Externally the tank is connected via pipework to an inline high shear mixer manufactured by Advanced Engineering, 2012, model ADILS/10 which is powered by a 7.5 Kw Brook Crompton Electric Motor (400v, 3ph, 50hz, 2900rpm). The high shear inline mixer is fitted with a square hole high shear screen. Previously used to mix household cleaning products.
