Description
Used 750 Litre High Shear Process Vessel, manufactured by Webster’s. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished ends. Supported on stainless steel legs with mobile castors and a fork liftable base. Design data, design code GMP, design pressure atmospheric, test pressure static head, design temperature 50degC. Dimensions 960mm internal diameter, 900mm on the straight, 250mm dished ends, 2200mm overall height. The process vessel is fitted with a top mounted off centre Silverson high shear batch mixer, model FX, powered by a 4 kw Brook Hansen electric motor, 380-415v, 3ph, 50hz, 2870rpm and a Lightnin 0.25kw 3 blade turbine agitator. The vessel is also fitted with a bottom entry stainless steel MagMix Mixer, powered by a 0.75kw Bonfiglioli electric motor, 3ph, 50hz, 230-400v, 2810rpm. Previously used in the cosmetics industry.
