Description
Used 2,500 Litre Jacketed Process Vessel, manufactured by Sinclair Stainless Fabrications Ltd, 2004. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. The vessel is vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom and supported on side supports. It is jacketed, insulated and clad in stainless steel. Dimensions 1250mm internal diameter, 1400mm on the straight, 3500mm overall height. The vessel is fitted with a centre top mounted Lightnin Mixer with a twin flighted A620 impeller, powered by a 3KW WEG electric motor. The vessel is also fitted with a bottom mounted Silverson mixer homogeniser model be600, powered by a 22kw ABB electric motor (400v, 3ph, 50hz, 2952rpm). Previously used in the manufacture of personal care products.
