Description
Used 52,000 Litre Stainless Steel Mixing Vessel, manufactured by Sinclair Stainless Fabrications Ltd, 2015. Material of construction 304L stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported on 4 stainless steel legs. Dimensions: 4000mm id x 3120mm straight side, 4200mm overall width, 7500mm overall height. Design code: GEP EN13445, design pressure: 0.1/-0.01 bar, design temperature: +50/-20degC. Vessel thickness 6mm. The mixing vessel is fitted with a top mounted Chemineer 3 bladed turbine agitator, powered by a 2.2kw WEG Atex electric motor. The vessel has internal fill pipes and internal baffles. The top of the vessel has a top mounted Universal DN250 emergency vent valve, a Protego VD/SD80 press and vacuum relief valve and a Siemens Sitrans LR250 radar level transmitter. The mixing vessel was previously used to mix solvents.
