Following an inspection of the redundant facility, 3DI agreed to purchase the fatty acid tank farm and polymer make up reaction plants. After the decommissioning of the plant 3DI spent over three months dismantling the tank farm and reaction plants. All the equipment was carefully dismantled and moved to our storage facility for resale.
