Grinding Media

Grinding media is used in mills and size reduction equipment to refine material and reduce the particle size. Grinding media comes in all shapes, sizes and materials depending on the material being milled.

Generally there are two types: metallic grinding media like carbon steel, stainless steel or chrome steel and non-metallic grinding media like ceramic, glass, silicon carbide or other specialized materials.
