Description
Used 1,000 Litre Jacketed Stainless Mixing Vessel, manufactured by Vesseltec Uk Ltd, 2000. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported by 3 side supports. Dimensions 1100mm internal diameter, 1300mm on the straight, 2200mm overall height. Design code PD5500:2000 Cat 3, vessel design pressure 1.1bar/FV, jacket design pressure 3.0bar, design temperature 147degC, test pressure vessel 3.0bar/FV, test pressure jacket 5.267bar. Vessel is fitted with 4 internal baffles and a top mounted twin flighted 4 blade turbine agitator, driven by a 3kw Brook Crompton flameproof electric motor (3ph, 50hz, 415v, 1430rpm). Vessel is insulated and clad in stainless steel. Previously used on personal care products.
