Material of construction mild steel BS1501 161 430A, internally lined with Ceilcote 652. Design code ASME V111 Div 1, design pressure atmospheric, design temperature 50degC, SG 1.1. Tank dimensions 3000mm width, 13500mm long, 3200mm high. Tank is supported on a galvanized steel frame, and has top access via staircase, ladder and walkways. These two tanks were previously used as above ground effluent settlement tanks to settle effluent solids and separate light and heavy phase solvents on a large manufacturing facility.
