Unused 1,820 Litre Stainless Steel Jacketed Process Vessel, manufactured by Conal Tecnologia S.L, 2013. Model FKP V115. Material of construction 904L stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindical, dished top and bottom. Supported on 3 of side supports. Dimensions 2700mm overall length, 1400mm overall diameter. The vessel is jacketed and clad in stainless steel. Vessel design pressure -1/0.5 bar, design temperature 150degC. Jacket design pressure 4 bar, test pressure 5.8 bar. The vessel has two top mounted agitators a Transkem scraped wall mixer is fitted with PTFE scraper blades which is powered by 7.5kw Siemens electric motor and a SPX Lightnin twin flighted 3 blade hydrofoil impeller which is powered by a 4kw Siemens electric motor.
