Description

Used 25 BBL Brew Kettle (Copper). Material of construction stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported on 4 stainless steel legs. Vessel is jacketed, insulated and clad in stainless steel. Dimensions are 2200m diameter, 1700mm on the straight, 2900mm overall height.Working capacity 25 brewers barrel or 4,092 litres. The brew kettle uses an external heat exchanger for wort boiling. Internal fittings include wort baffle, tangential inlet for whirlpool and a fan operated venting system.
