Used 2,500 Litre Jacketed Stainless Process Vessel, manufactured by PSS Engineering Ltd, 2009. Material of construction 316L stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. The vessel is supported on 3 off stainless steel legs. The vessel is jacketed insulated and clad in stainless steel. Total volume 2940 Litre, working volume 2500 Litre. Dimensions 1752mm overall diameter, 1250mm on the straight, 3250mm overall height. Design code PD5500 CAT 2, design temperature 15/200degC, design pressure vessel 3.5 bar/FV , design pressure jacket 6/-1 bar. Vessel thickness 10mm. Vessel dry weight 2077kg. Previously used on pharmaceuticals.
