Used 30,000 Litre Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel, manufactured by W. G. & R. (Engineering) Services Ltd, 1996. Material of construction 304 grade stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported on 4 legs. Dimensions 3200mm internal diameter, 3000mm on the straight, 600mm bottom dish, 500mm dished top, 4750mm overall height. Vessel is fitted with a internal heating coil. Vessel is designed to B.S.5500 (1994) Category 3. Vessel design pressure 1.1bar, coil design pressure 10 bar. Vessel design temperature 30degC, coils design temperature 100degC. Vessel test pressure 2.54 bar, coil test pressure 15 bar. Vessel shell thickness 6.45mm, dish thickness 8.5mm. The vessel was previously used to store chemicals.
