Description
Used 9,000 Litre Gardner Ribbon Blade Blender, manufactured by Kemutec Group, 1995. Type: 9000 HE Series. Orientation: horizontal, cylindrical. Material of construction: 304 stainless steel contact parts, mild steel non contact parts. Design data: full vacuum or 1.06 bar g at 20degC, hydraulic test pressure 1.17bar g and 25″HG vacuum. Blender is fitted with a Radicon gearbox type H3SF-315, 22kw power rating, 5.9rpm output and powered by a 25kw Brook Hansen electric motor, 985rpm (415v, 3ph, 50Hz). Blender is complete with 250mm bottom slide valve, load cells and sub frame. Previously used on organic pigments.
