Description
Used Chemplant 2,275 Litre Contra Rotating Mixing Tank, manufactured by Chemplant, 1999. Serial no. 34.25053.J8319. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished base, flat top. Supported on 4 stainless steel legs. Dimensions 1550mm internal diameter, 1650mm on the straight, 1750mm overall diameter, 3500mm overall height. The tank fitted with a jacket and is insulated and clad in stainless steel. The jacket working pressure is 2.81 bar at 141 degC. The tank is fitted with a top mounted scraped surface contra rotating mixer powered by a 7.5kw Siemens electric motor. The tank is also fitted with a bottom entry high shear homogeniser powered by a 15kw electric motor. The mixing tank was previously used to mix cosmetics products.
