Description
A Conical Screw Vacuum Dryer is a batch vacuum dryer used for gentle, efficient drying and mixing of sensitive, pasty, or powdery materials—especially when low temperature, uniform drying, and minimal shear are required.
It features a conical vessel with a helical screw agitator that rotates and lifts material upward while the entire screw assembly slowly rotates around the vessel axis. This dryer is commonly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and biotech industries.

- Loading: Wet or solvent-laden product is added to the conical vessel.

- Mixing: The screw agitator lifts product from the bottom and spills it gently downward; the rotating arm ensures all areas are covered.
