Description
Used Filox Automatic Chamber Filter Press, manufactured by Filox Filtertechnik Gmbh, 2004. Type KF100-74. Machine no. 2293. The filter press is constructed from heavy duty mild steel and has 74 polypopylene chamber filter plates, plate size is 1000mm x 1000mm. 4 corner centre fill. Maximum number of plates 120, maximum filtration pressure 30 bar, maximum filter surface area 205m2, maximum chamber volume is 2500dm3. The automatic filter press is fitted with hydraulic plate transport and drip tray which is operated via a PLC touch screen control panel. The process is protected via light barriers and protection grid. Overall dimensions of the press are 2300mm wide, 2100mm high, 7700mm long. The filter press comes with a galvanised steel support frame which is supported on 4 legs.
