Used Masterfil 6 Head Filling Line. Installed in 2006 to fill 5 litre containers. Line has a max line speed of 30 containers per minute. PLC controlled with a touch screen control panel. The Line comprises of a sorting table, Masterfil Multifil volumetric 6 head inline filling machine Model S5000-A, Masterfil Mastercap single head capping machine, LSS front and back labeller and bar code scanner, Garvens check weigher, conveyors and associated equipment.
