Description
Used Winkworth ZX500 Mixer Extruder, manufactured by Winkworth Machinery Ltd, 2009. Model ZX500. Material of construction 304 stainless steel. Total volume 756 litre, working volume 500 litres. The mixer has twin Z-sigma blades and an extrusion screw at the base of the mixing tough/chamber. The trough is atmospheric working and has a water jacket. The design code is PD5500 CAT3 with a max design pressure of 3.5bar and a max design temperature of 200degC. The trough dimensions are approx 1090mm x 1030mm x 735mm. The mixer extruder Z-sigma blades and extruder screw are each powered by 22KW SEW Eurodrive AC variable speed electric motors. Complete with control panel. Previously used in the food industry.
